When you submit a buyer, seller, or new-listing-alert form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, bedroom and bathroom needs, preferred state or area, housing budget, available funds, move-in timeframe, property of interest, property address, mortgage or payment information, property condition, occupancy, reason for selling, and any message you provide.
When you call or text a tracking number, call details and communications may be processed by our phone and call-tracking provider. Google Analytics 4 and the website’s first-party reporting system may collect limited device type, page-view, interaction, referral, campaign, and approximate location data so we can understand how the site is used. The first-party system uses random browser and session identifiers; it does not place lead-form contents into analytics events. We do not send the contents of lead forms to Google Analytics.
